Posts enable you to broadcast updates, add pictures, and link tasks, appointments and activities. Team members can add comments and replies, keeping everyone engaged and up to date with what is happening.
There are two visibility options when you post; for individual teams, you can share with Everyone or just your Inner Circle. For community teams, you can share the post with Everyone or just Admins.
To create a post
1. Go to the Home screen and tap Share.
2. Add text, link a task, appointment, or an activity, or add a picture. Posts will default to share with Everyone but you can change the visibility settings by tapping on Share with Everyone to select just your Inner Circle (for Individual Teams) or just Admins (for Community Teams). Tap Post when done.
3. The post will show up on the Home screen and team members can then Like or Comment on the post.
4. To view likes and comments, tap on the appropriate icon. Comments can be liked and you can Reply to comments.
