Posts enable you to broadcast updates, add pictures, and link tasks and appointments. Team members can add comments and replies, keeping everyone engaged and up to date with what is happening.
There are two visibility options when you post; for individual teams, you can share with Everyone or just your Inner Circle.
To create a post
1. Go to the Home screen and tap Share.
2. Add text, link a task, appointment, or add a picture. Posts will default to share with Everyone but you can change the visibility settings by tapping on Share with Everyone to select just your Inner Circle. Tap Post when done.
3. The post will show up on the Home screen and team members can then react with an emoji or comment on the post.
4. To view reactions and comments, tap on the appropriate icon. You also can react to and Reply to comments.
