Add comments to events (tasks or appointments on individual teams) or activities (on community teams) to keep your team aware of any specific changes or information they may need when they volunteer to help out with a task or sign up to attend an activity.
To send or view messages associated with an event
1. Go to the event and tap View Event Details. Here is where you can send a message about the event or view the full event chat thread.
2. You can also send an event message by tapping on the event on the Chat screen. Note: In order for the event to show up on the Chat screen, there needs to be at least 1 message associated with it.
