See instructions below on how to force quit the CircleOf app on IOS and Android.
IOS Instructions:
1. For an iPhone X or newer, from the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen. On an iPhone 8 or earlier, double-click the Home button to view the apps you have recently used.
2. Locate the CircleOf app.
3. Swipe up on the screen to force quit the CircleOf app.
4. Re-open the CircleOf app. In some cases you may have to sign in.

Android Instructions:
From the App View:
1. Tap the Overview button.
2. Locate the CircleOf app.
3. Drag the CircleOf app off the screen. You may have to swipe left or right or up and down depending on the phone you have. The app is closed once it disappears from this screen.
4. Re-open the CircleOf app. In some cases you may have to sign in.
From Settings:
1. Open Settings on your Android phone.
2. Scroll down and tap on Application Manager.
3. Locate and tap on the CircleOf app from the list.
4. Tap Force Stop to fully close the CircleOf app on your Android phone.
5. Re-open the CircleOf app. In some cases you may have to sign in.
