If you encounter any problems with the app not running correctly always make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded. Go to the App Store or Google Play and download the most up to date version.
To view what version of the app you are currently running go to your Profile page.
Located at the bottom of the page will be the version.
If you are having trouble with the app running slowly try the following:
1. Check to see you are running the latest version of the app. Go to the App Store or Google Play and download the most up to date version.
2. Sign out of the app and sign back in.
3. Force quit the CircleOf app. For a step by step guide for force quitting an app on IOS and Android tap here.
4. Re-open the app and try to sign in.
If the app is freezing or crashing try the following:
1. Check to see you are running the latest version of the app. Go to the App Store or Google Play and download the most up to date version.

3. Try signing back in.
4. Un-install the CircleOf app. For IOS tap here. For Android directions tap here.
5. Make sure you have a strong wifi or cell connection and reinstall the app from the App Store or get it on Google Play.
6. Sign in to your CircleOf account.
