Notifications are sent out to keep you up to date with what is happening or when changes have been made. We will notify you of these actions or changes, through SMS, email, or push notifications. |Invitation Accepted||App sends immediately when user accepts invite.|
|New Task, Appointment or Activity is Created||App sends when a new task, appointment or activity is created.|
|Task Assigned||App sends immediately when task is assigned to a new user (including when reassigned.)|
|Task Accepted||App sends immediately when a user signs up for a task (but NOT when task is assigned.)|
|Task Reassigned||Sent when a task is reassigned by a care team member other than the task creator.|
|Task Declined||Sent when a care team member declines a task.|
|New Chat Message||
Sent when there is a new chat message either from a care team member or within an event.
|New Post Created||Sent when a care team member creates a new post.|
