Notifications are sent out to keep you up to date with what is happening or when changes have been made. We will notify you of these actions or changes, through SMS, email, or push notifications. Task Assigned | App sends immediately when task is assigned to a new user (including when reassigned.) |
Task Accepted | App sends immediately when a user signs up for a task (but NOT when task is assigned.) |
Task Reassigned | Sent when a task is reassigned by a care team member other than the task creator. |
Task Declined |
Sent when a care team member declines a task. |
Task or Appointment has Changed |
Sent when a task or appointment date, time, or
location has changed.
