Only the Team Creator, Person Being Cared For, and Inner Circle team members can make edits to an event (a task or an appointment). A Friends & Family account type is only able to edit events they create. Edits can be done at any time.
1. To edit an event go to the bottom menu and tap Calendar.
2. Once you have located the event you would like to edit, tap 3-dots menu and then tap Edit Task (or Edit Appointment) to be taken to the edit screen. You can also view event detailes, assign volunteers, duplicate, delete the event or cancel from this view.
4. Here you can make edits to the location, date and time, assign or change the volunteer and add an additional note. Just tap on the field you would like to edit and Save.
