Only the Team Creator, Person Being Cared For, and Inner Circle team members can make edits to an event (a task or an appointment). A Friends & Family account type is only able to edit events they create. Edits can be done at any time.
1. To edit an event go to the Home screen and tap Events.
2. This view will display the events for Today and Tomorrow and the following week. Once you have located the event you would like to edit, tap on the event name and then tap View Event Details to be taken to the Task Details. If you just need to edit the date and time you can do this by tapping on the calendar or the clock to make the change.
3. Tap the pen in the upper right corner and tap Edit Details. You can also duplicate the event, delete the task or cancel from this view.
4. Here you can make edits to the location, date and time, assign or change the volunteer and add an additional note. Just tap on the field you would like to edit and Save.
