To create your CircleOf account:
1. Download the app from the App Store or get it on Google Play.
2. Tap Get Started.
3. You can sign up for a CircleOf account with your email address (Create New CircleOf Account) or through Google, Apple, or Facebook authentication.
4. If you select to sign up through Google, Apple, or Facebook authentication, your first and last name associated with your account will show up. When you enter your phone number on this screen it will allow you to keep up to date when things change (e.g. health updates, task changes, etc).
5. Are you creating a new care team or are you looking to join a care team via invite code? If you are creating a new care team, tap the first tile. Here is a separate tutorial on joining a care team via invite code.
6. Next select as many areas where you could use more support. To find out more about each option click the Info text.
7. Then decide the type of team you are creating. Are you a Caregiver or are you in need of care support? If you are a Caregiver, select For Someone Else (additional directions here). If you are in need of Care Support select For Myself (additional directions here).
7a. Type in the name of the person you are caring for and then tap Next.
7b. Select the relationship you have with the person being cared for. Tap Next.
7c. Select the condition that is most relevant to the person being cared for. You can add an additional condition(s) by tapping Add Other.
7d. Type in the name of the condition(s) and tap Next.
7e. The app will populate with the conditions you have added. Once you are done tap Next.
7f. Tap the task icons to select where you could use more help. You can skip this step (tap Skip for Now) or make changes to your selections at any time by going to your Profile. Once you are done with selections tap Save.
8a. Under What should we name this team? Your name will pre-populate but you can change it.
8b. Select the condition that is most relevant to you. You can add an additional condition(s) by tapping Add Other.
8c. Type in the name of the condition(s) and tap Next.
8d. The app will populate with the conditions you have added. Once you are done tap Next.
8e. Tap the task icons to select where you could use more help. You can skip this step (tap Skip for Now) or make changes to your selections at any time by going to your Profile. Once you are done with selections tap Save.
