Chat enables you to privately and securely communicate with other care team members. Send direct messages, start a group chat, or chat within specific tasks or appointments.
To send or view all chats
1. From the Home screen tap the chat icon located in the top right corner to be taken to the Chat screen.
2a. If you are sending a message for the first time, you'll need to invite team members in order to send a direct message or start a group chat. You can find information about inviting additional care team members here.
2b. You can also send a direct message or start a group chat by tapping on the notepad icon on the Chat screen.
To send a direct chat
1. Tap on the name of the team member you would like to message and then tap Done.
To send a group chat
1. Tap on the names of the team members you would like to message and then tap Done.
