We make getting help from your care team members even easier with Volunteer Matching. From their Profile, your Inner Circle and Friends & Family team members can set which task(s) they can help with and when they are available. When a task is created the app will display which team members are a match for that specific task and at that time.
To see which team members are a match
1. First create and save your task (see here for how to create a task). From the Task Details tap Edit. Note: You can always go back to any existing tasks and see if there are any matches.
2. If there are any matches, next to Volunteer(s) the app displays the number of matches. Click View All to view and select a volunteer.
3. A star icon indicates a match. You can select a matched care team member or assign anyone else on your team to that task by tapping the checkmark and then tap Save. The assigned volunteer will receive a notification that they have been assigned the task.
